Concierge made us reservations at a local restaurant. They tried to seat us in the worst table in the restaurant in the middle of the crowd waiting by the front door. I refused to sit there. I would think if you were sent as a guest of the hotel you should have been given a better table and not be put in this...

"Very good location Decent property. Nobu restaurant on the premise too. But flies in the toilet...complained to the receptionist, but nothing was done about it. Also, some staff can be a bit odd/rude... whilst most others are nice, tbh. "

"Hotel in perfect location for sightseeing everywhere walkable. We opted for premium river view room and were really pleased with size of room and the view of the river absolutely beautiful view especially at night . The buffet breakfast was great loads of choice "
