"The staff at the hotel desk were great. However, the staff at the Breakfast Buffet were awful. We had an experence where we asked for one cup of decaf coffee and 30 minutes later; and after flagging down to additional staff personnel we were told the machine was broken -- but, then we received a cup of coffee 5 minutes after that. On another day, I arrived to a buffet that was out of scrambled eggs (the only cooked eggs offered other than hard boiled) - I immediately informed the staff and...

"I can only say great things about this hotel. Starting with arranging the airport transfer around midnight. The staff members were super helpful, nice and professional during check in. The room was clean and comfortable size. The automatic blinds on windows were great! Complimentary water! Convenient location and nice water view. Just great!!!!"
