Poorly managed. The desk clerk was allowed to leave before their replacement showed up. I was told it would be a minute before the new one showed up. After standing and waiting in the lobby for twenty minutes I left to find another hotel.

I did like the fact that it was in a safe and quiet area. However, I was not impressed with the condition of the carpet and smell. Our headboards on both beds were worn with scratch marks on them. Also the bar and restaurant never opened. So, overall it was just fair.

The property is desperate need of maintenance and upgrades. It was understaffed. I was in a room without a window, it was in the middle of the hotel. The TV didn't work. Breakfast was inedible.

The reception Name Laundry was very rude disrespectful very unprofessional towards guess. Our group were there for a State meeting this woman refused to give us a change of room with air conditioning, she accused us of breaking the A/C When the air unit was already broken when we changed rooms from room 332 to 308. We were told by Reception Laundry that the breakfast was free the Lady in the kitchen said I would be charged $21.22 for breakfast and it would be charged to my room. Worst hotel I've ever visited. The afternoon staff on Thursdays were professional, kind curiosity her name was Veronica. Employees Mary and Laundry dress unprofessional as if they didn't want to be there Laundry had purple and black hair, she was eating and spitting all over the place smacking and eating speaking loud rude as if she was high the employee was rude to all of the guests in our group. She told Willie to come up to our room to repair our air he never arrive and lied as if he came up to our room the reception Laundry and Willie both lied nothing was done. Room 332 the carpet is torn the closet is broken and will not close completely. One of the doors to the double beds doesn't close properly.and the shower head is broken Room 308 was more appropriate the air conditioning just doesn't work. When I check out I was charged for two rooms and given the incorrect receipt. I checked in at 3 pm and the other guess check in between 9:30 pm and 10 pm I was charged for her triple hotel room.

It was a lot of unused space that could have offered more to the guest. The food was slightly overcooked. Bed was SOOOOO SUPER COMFY!!!! Loved the hygiene products that were offered for use.

Hotel convenience is not great as you have to walk very far to find your room and it is not all handicap accessible. Elevator had water and smelled like marijuana. Hotel smelled musty and like smoke. Toilet seat needed replaced. Bathtub had damage (I would not sit in it to bath not allow my children to). Front desk staff was nice when greeted but took a personal call on her Bluetooth and stopped giving direction to where to park or find our room as there are several entrances and north and south elevators. There were stains on our blankets and sheets. The headboards were garbage. They were all vinyl upholstered but had scratches all over them. Room and environment felt very unclean. Stains on the curtains. Pool had murky water. We did not use it. Restaurant and bar on site but it was closed by the time we checked in at 5pm?!
