The hotel could put two folding chairs there, perhaps, but we enjoyed standing there occasionally and viewing the main plaza of Vilnius. The hotel is impeccable. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious. No prior communications from the hotel whatsoever that we had to make arrangements before hand if we were flying in late. Got a room in another hotel for the night around midnight and all was good .
