"Lovely hotel, on the waterfront, and walking distance to amenities. Service and friendliness of staff was great. Got a free upgrade to a waterfront room and a voucher for a free drink and snack as we were celebrating a special occasion. Also, parking is free for blue badge holders. Air conditoning in our room was not working though and they were not able to sort it, though were quick and responsive. Shower and drainage could do with replacing. Shower was very slow.
