Staff was excellent - polite and very helpful at check-in and with parking arrangements! Unfortunately, room was too small and cramped and the bed was uncomfortable. Area around the hotel was dirty with garbage and partygoers throwing up.

Love this hotel there is no breakfast which is not available if you expecting this don’t book If you like a hotel that isn’t plastic friendly staff and guest focused on hand when you need them choose this hotel. I had a minor issue which I won’t go into that was resolved immediately no fuss Rooms are comfortable I went for the basic room but have stayed on previous visits in the suite. Sara around is lovely at night hotel is secure and sound proofed

Conveniently located. Room has a kitchenette and mini fridge, plenty of easily accessible electric outlets that one doesn't need to hunt for. Secure luggage check was both convenient and provide peace of mind.

Perfect location - walking distance (15 min walk) to all the Liverpool sites but very close (5 min walk) to lots of restaurants, shopping, entertainment. The hotel itself is very nice. Parking was offsite which is a little inconvenient but not bad considering the lot we used was just around the corner. I wish we stayed longer than 1 night because the hotel was quite nice and I would have like to have seen more of Liverpool.

Highly recommend staying at The Resident. The customer service prior and during was great, the team provided details around the discounted car park, which was much appreciated. The property itself was in a perfect location, walkable to everything and though you're on a busy central spot with lots of bars/restaurants surrounding, the room itself was very peaceful, we enjoyed a great night sleep!
