"Overall good location for heading to center of town for dining and beverage. Convenient to major bus and train station Staff very helpful and welcoming. comfortable accommodations but there are no amenities at all. No laundry facilities, self laundry is a 17 minute walk. No hairdryer in room. Also Would have been nice to have a common area for brewing hot water for evening tea and refrigerator to hold food because restaurant is not open every day. "

"On arrival, reception said they had a maintenance issue so had upgraded us to the sister Hotel Union next door. Therefore my review is really for that hotel, but the two hotels share some facilities e.g. swimming pool and will have some shared standards and staffing. Service was excellent throughout, especially when they found my husband's lost property. Breakfast very good, with great quality and selection of food.
