Hi the property was as expected. However the room number 107 was way below average. It was small, colourless, made you feel down as soon as you walked in it. I have stayed at far less costly hotels in Llandudno and the rooms have been lovely. In this instance you did not want to go back to it cos it was depressing. It was clean but the bedding was very well used. The breakfast was good but would not stay there again knowing I can better for less cost in the same area

The only problem was an unpleasant smell from the drains in the room when we arrived. Didn't notice afterwards. The hotel was super overall and the staff helpful and charming. Location fabulous. Food excellent.

The hotel was well placed and convenient for everything we chose to do in our 3 day stay in Llandudno. Hotel facilities were good. Beds and rooms were clean and comfortable.

We paid for an upgrade of a room so had a good room with a sea view but others in our party felt their rooms too small for the price they paid. Comfy bed. Only one critic of the room. With today's technology requirements be aware there is only one double power points. This is used for the kettle and lamp so not convenient if you want to charge your phone and have a lamp on at the same time. The breakfast was good a good choice and a good full welsh breakfast. The restaurant staff were exceptional. A young lad on his first morning served us with another member helping and showing the role, along with the person who seated you all very friendly and great at their roles. Credit to the company.

The hotel is an old Victorian gem on the seafront. The restaurant on the front had excellent service and food. The luxury rooms with full balconies on the top floor include designated parking spaces.

Room 304 is too small for the price charged. The TV is at 90 degrees to the bed because there is no room at the foot of the bed. There is no socket near the kettle position. The en-suite extractor is a noisy centrifugal fan, too large fior the space.Hot breakfast is a gamble - try to arrive when the food is delivered to the heating table & it's hot. Any delay in arriving means it has cooled down. For the price charged I would have expected it to be freshly cooked for each guest. The evening meal menu remained unchanged for the 4 nights we stayed. Only the soup & roast meat varied, although there was no choice. Overall opinion - over-priced.. . .

We have stayed at St George’s hotel many times but feel its previously high standards are slipping. At breakfast there was six dirty bowls and two dirty bowls the next morning. We waited 25 minutes for our cooked breakfast and the rolls on the first morning were rock hard. The evening meal choice was not great and expensive so we ate out both nights. Our bathroom tiled floor needed re grouting and had a badly cracked tile in, also the hair and body shampoo hadn’t been refilled which was annoying when you find out whilst in the shower! The staff are extremely polite and corrected things when told but we feel as a 4 star hotel it needs some attention,
