The room was tired and broken down. It did not live up to the images in the advertisement. Additionally, the Air Conditioner failed the 2nd night leaving the room incredibly warm and uncomfortable.

Area under construction was not disclosed on booking, very little hot water. Staff tried to walk into our room at 8:30 in the morning with maintenance staff. Good thing we had the swing latch closed or they would have come right in. No apology offered, sorry for waking you up or barging in, just an excuse that the front desk clerk ‘checked for a card in the slot that said room was occupied and didn’t see one so assumed it was empty’ .

When we called the hotel to inquire about a booking, there was no mention about there being construction or the gym not being in use. Beds were not comfortable. The staff was super friendly though. We won’t be staying here again.

The hotel was under construction noise from 8 AM. We couldn’t sleep. The place is not the room is not clean. I find a spider in my bed and I get bit by it a night before I complain to the front desk, which is the manager to change my room he was so rude, he told me this is our hotel and that’s how it is. I complain about everything they should let us know before we book this hotel under construction very bad experience.
