"Staff were really nice and helpful, plenty of space to park. The bed was broken and squeaked, the mattresses were past their prime and the bed lining was stained. Continental breakfast was over priced for what it was (£23 for two continental breakfasts) Room was large, breakfast moved fairly quickly considering how many people were there and they staff topped everything up quickly. We stayed to watch a show at Wembley arena, it was a 5 min walk, so it's did it's job. Probably would not...

"We booked a standard riim but were upgraded to a crown room. Bigger than a standard. Room clean, staff friendly, breakfast was very nice. Only a couple of niggles. Mirror above dressing table too high to do hair when seated. Bath hard to get out of as only had low bars Would stay again when in London as in a good location for us"
