My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and overall it was a nice hotel. A few negatives: the room lighting was interesting - little holes in the ceiling barely providing any light and the couch was an odd shape and not very comfy. Also, in the bathroom the light kept flickering, the handheld shower was leaking, and the towel warmer didn't work. However the hotel is in an excellent location - less than a ten minute walk from the subway and a great view of the millennium bridge. Also the staff were very friendly! The issues we faced were minimal overall and I think this place is worth the stay.

Great location, directly opposite the Tate Modern. Very quiet stay, which is ideal - no noise from other rooms or people returning at night. Very friendly and welcoming staff at check in and the room was furnished beautifully

It was very central to key tourist attractions in central London. It was walkable to many of these historic places and close to a Tube Station. There were issues with the microwave - but the front desk was very responsive and fast in responding.
