We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. The rooms were large and bathrooms were excellent and the hotel is in a quiet location not on the main street. The only irritation was the TV sound was poor and the number of TV stations was limited. The location is next to the Gloucester underground station with very easy rides to all the galleries and museums in London. There is a Waitrose next to the station to pick up snacks, drinks and newspapers etc. We would certainly stay here again.

Hi, Was sleeping early morning someone was knocking the door saying cleaning after one know he was trying to open the door, then I went from bed to open he was by him self has nothing with him saying to me you want to clean the room is it right? Early morning disturbing people? Also the breakfast very very poor & has not nice smell in the breakfast longe.

We had a wonderful stay. Very close to Gloucester road underground and bus routes that made everything we wanted to see accessible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was well appointed. The only con was that the bathroom needed a little detail work on the paint and caulking edges. Just wear and tear that needs addressed. Would definitely recommend and come back.
