"Really nice property. Nice clean rooms and big comfy beds. Great location with a Woolies metro just opposite, with a good selection. We didn’t use public transport as we didn’t go into Sydney but it’s so close to the train station. Lovely hotel staff who are welcoming and so helpful. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Great property. Communication at restaurant & front desk was challenging a couple of times with language barrier issues. Was brought what I didn’t order for a meal and meal and drink credit didn’t get removed from our meal. Other than that was a great experience and wonderful property. "

"Room was clean and comfy. Energy efficient so power goes into eco mode some time during sleep hours. The only drawback was the laundry, I would not use it - needs good cleaning. "

"Great location for what we needed and staff were amazing. However, the whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It was terrible, especially as we had our children with us. The whole building was non smoking and there were warnings against this, so nothing the hotel could control. Besides that, room was comfortable. Just difficult to enjoy with the smell of smoke the whole stay. "

"Great room and it was clean and tidy but for $380 a night, it would have been good to have an air conditioner that worked. It was just blowing air so made the stay uncomfortable to sleep. We got in late so weren’t able to tell anyone and when we did the next morning, nothing was really done about it. "

"We were looking forward to dining at the onsite Chinese restaurant only to find it had closed for two week as owner had gone on holidays. Ate dinner at the New Flower Drum and the food was excellent and within walking distance. "
