"A 4x4 vehicle is ABSOLUTELY necessary to get to the villa. Once we actually found the place because GPS and directions the site provided were not accurate, it is beautiful. "I have returned numerous times to the Dream Beach and always stayed in the Deluxe Chalet. The property is tucked in the woods and quiet and removed from the busyness of Ponta do Ouro. The self-catering is great as the kitchen is well-stocked and the terrace perfect for dining out. The beach is a short hike and always empty and offers a photogenic stretch of sand and strong surf. The only complaint this time around was that the manager was not there when I arrived and I had to wait a half hour...
