Terrible experience, first room we were given was dirty , folded up towels and sheets everywhere, called front desk , told to come back down to be reassigned room , did that , apologies were given , was told parking would be comped (paying for parking is already poor taste) , that didn't happen , still charged for parking. Ya live ya learn. Simply won't stay at Hyatt's , no biggie.
