Welcoming and home from home feel
It was clean and good size bedroom and bathroom. Also had fridge in room and kitchen down the hallway which was nice. They rang up to check i got in ok and someone there to make sure all ok to who was very friendly. I would be happy to go again

Functional and clean.
Last minute booking and it was just what we needed. Host sent check in details promptly and answered all my questions happily. Room was functional and clean. Complimentary tea/coffee, kettle/fridge and towels. No terrestrial TV in our room but internet TV /catch-up worked on the smart TV. Screen mirroring also worked. Free parking. Bathrooms were clean and spare toilet paper in room. Bed comfy enough. Thank you.

Nice budget hotel.
Stayed 3 nights in a single room with shared bathroom, and a shared kitchen. All I could ask for considering the cost. Good comms, and Lisa was a very helpful manager. Decent value for money.

Very good environment. Close to local pubs and shops. Room is very comfortable, has everything you want in one place. But not suitable for if you have business in Leicester city centre because of the distance
