"The hotel is located in the middle of the old town immediately by the train station and is within easy walking distance to everything. It is an old building and unfortunately has shared bathrooms. The room is basic but clean. The bed is hard and uncomfortable, but we were welcomed almost like family!"

"Great location but over priced. cleaning was terrible asking for clean towels everyday and almost not toilet paper had to ask for it twice. Lift not working in some floors."

"Property was in a very outdated building but it remained clean, nothing fancy. I didnt have running water from the faucet though :( there was no window/ no natural lighting coming through, but it was ok for me since I was only staying for a night"

"Wonderful hotel outside of downtown Lisbon! We wanted to stay somewhere between Sintra, downtown, and the airport and this was the perfect spot. Although, the non-refundable policy is quite annoying, and we ended up paying for 2 nights, but only needing 1, the hotel was safe, clean, and the staff were very friendly. Since we paid for 2 nights, they ended up upgrading us as well :) With a packed schedule, I'm so sad we missed going to the pool, but will come back again!"

"Pros- extremely convenient. Close to the main train station and to a metro station. Two good grocery stores very close. Close to many key sites. We had a ground floor studio room which had bars in the window and was well kept. It had minimal but sufficient kitchen items. The oven is also a microwave. The fridge is full size. The shower pressure was good and the water was hot. The listing says cleaning every three days but it actually came every single day. Even though we were ground floor...
