"The setting is fantastic. The rooms were spotless and the service was good. The breakfast was way overpriced (35 CHF per person so very mediocre food) as were the drinks (95 CHF for four drinks). I guess that was to be expected but it left a bad taste in our mouths. "

"This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed there for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are little smaller than expected but manageable. The staff is excellent. The only issue was the noise from trains as the tracks are right next to the hotel. You have to close the windows to reduce the noise."

"My go to hotel in Lucerne. It's extremely close to the train station, the Chapel Bridge, and old town. The staff is friendly and the hotel is always well maintained. I wish breakfast was included or a more affordable price point if it's not, but otherwise it's a great spot."
