"We had previously stayed at the property that’s a few blocks away Hotel Cocoon Hauptbahnhof and this one is definitely more worn and the surrounding area has adult entertainment and a sketch feel. Our travelmate tripped on a low stupid level change and had a nasty fall, luckily was not badly hurt. The step is marked but it’s such a low small step that it’s incredibly easily missed. The staff was very nice and helpful and we were glad not to have a hospital visit. Would choose Hotel Cocoon...

"Hotel is in a good Location. In desperate need of renovation. Beds are old, uncomfortable and make loud noise every time you move. Toilet ran every couple of minutes for the length of our stay. It’s very clean but smells like dust and has had smokers smoking in there in the past. Staff was very pleasant."
