"This is a great hostel where we booked the private room to ourselves. It’s important to know that there is no lift and the check in is up a flight of stairs and your room will likely be more floors above, so it was tricky with our 2 large suitcases and hand luggage but manageable for us. "Wonderful hotel outside of downtown Lisbon! We wanted to stay somewhere between Sintra, downtown, and the airport and this was the perfect spot. Although, the non-refundable policy is quite annoying, and we ended up paying for 2 nights, but only needing 1, the hotel was safe, clean, and the staff were very friendly. Since we paid for 2 nights, they ended up upgrading us as well :) With a packed schedule, I'm so sad we missed going to the pool, but will come back again!"
