"Great hot spring facility, temperature is just like bath tub warm. Not too hot which is good. Great slides for kid. But need to either bring your own swim hat or buy from them (about $5 USD for adult, $3.5 for kids swim hat). It has free spin dry machine for wet clothes. Great changing and shower room at the spa area. We love they have great game room for all ages for free. They have a study room which has computer to use as well. The great thing about this hotel is they have free afternoon tea (2-4 pm) and free noodles (6-10 pm). It was a surprise for us. They also gave me a NT 300 to use buy food in the bakery section which is good enough for some bread or a piece of cake. The room has a hot spring tub as well. The room is stylish as well. We love it!"

"The staff were super friendly, they sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay here, both the front desk, and 1F restaurant for breakfast. The bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and quality. The massage in the hotel was phenomenal!! We stayed for one night, and went back again to stay another night the next week. Definitely will go back, and strongly recommended!"
