"The whole experience was smooth sailing and lovely- especially what we needed after a holiday. My partner and I arrived at about 12pm after our holiday and was greeted by Mark who checked us in. His customer service was brilliant and he put a smile on our faces! The room was lovely and clean and was very impressed with the layout, especially the bathroom. The breakfast was good too. "What a greeting from doorman Chris as we arrived !! So full of knowledge and stories about this historic property. And then the Reception staff could not do enough for us - absolutely first class and made our stay with an 8mth old memorable. Slight disappointment with the room service team - comms weren’t great and food arrived 1.20hrs later, and wasn’t good. But likely a very busy night for the kitchen. "Good Budget hotel walking distance to the airport. Cleanliness was ok. Food in the onsite restaurant was adequate, but breakfast was poor, it took a long time for the buffet breakfast to be refilled and what was their not hot. I would stay again as proximity to the airport, but would forgo the breakfast"

"Unfortunately the room i was given had not been cleaned, so necessitated a change of room at 11 pm. There was also an issue which delayed breakfast by aroud 45 mins. The room also allowed a lot of noise in from the road outside. "
