For the most part this is a good location, unfortunately it is right beside a very busy highway and across the street from an airport. The staff was not very helpful, but overall, the stay was acceptable.

The rooms were clean and the food was amazing. Nice and quiet as well. All the added amenities were nice and clean as well. Only thing I didn’t like was the elevator shaking when trying to catch onto the tracks every time we went up. Not sure how long it was doing that before we got there, but I’m pretty sure the staff knew about it. Other than the elevator the stay was amazing!

This hotel was amazing for the value—very clean, the staff is upbeat and friendly. The area around this place is nothing special for sure, a lot of strip malls and some visitors to the hotel that were weirdly angry. Not the hotel’s fault, I think it has more to do with its location near the “university.” We had to drive 20 minutes to get anywhere reasonable. If I could pick this place up and drop it on the other side of town, it would be my number 1 pick. The whole operation was excellent and if you are passing through town, it’s a great deal.

First we were there 3 days and room was never cleaned. We went and requested room service but never received it. We had to go get towels. The second day the girl at desk took room info but still room never cleaned. We went to get towels that night when we returned and was told we had to bring dirty towels to get more and that she only had 2 clean towels anyway. I always use this hotel chain but never had this experience.

The staff were friendly and greeted us as we walked in, were very courteous and went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent stay. From iced lemon water in the lobby to cookies on the counter of the front desk, and hearing them talking about refreshing guest amenities to ensure they were up to quality standards, we could easily see the care that goes into each customer's experience at this property. Our room was spotless and well appointed, breakfast was great, I can't think of anything that could have made our stay any better than it already was. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!
