"The staff at this property were first class and so helpful, and always ready to assist despite it being Christmas when i stayed there. The house itself is very pretty and in a very cosy, pretty traditional Danish rural area in Copenhagen. it was also extremely clean and the bed in my room was unbelievably comfortable, probably the most comfortable bed i’ve ever slept on and i could tell it was memory foam. "The rooms were very filthy and stinky the person who was in charge to give the key was very unfriendly. I would not recommend anyone to stay in that hotel especially the women ."

"We rented the superior double room which was exactly how it looked in the pictures. Great value. Walking distance into Copenhagen city centre. The only catch being other guests whom might have slightly different ideas of what is acceptable behaviour in a shared space (i.e. not cleaning dishes after oneself, leaving used underwear in the shared toilet, not being dressed when going to the toilet etc..). But this is entirely beyond the control of the general manager. "

"My apartment was small but perfect for solo travelling. Everything i needed, shower, toilet, microwave, fridge, kettle, bed, tv, safe, hanging rail for clothing, even had a hairdryer tucked away although not something i use. Was clean and warm. Windows that open to let air in should you need it. They provide breakfast down by reception. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. You only needed to ask and they would do their best to answer or help. Situated away from all the main city...

Perfect Stay

"I was surprised at how perfect the hotel was given that it was one of the more affordable options we looked at. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well located, close to the Rosenborg Castle, Botanical Gardens and museums. The room was spacious and very comfortable, overlooking the courtyard with fairy lights that felt very Christmassy. All the staff were genuinely friendly and gladly assisted us with everything we needed. The hygge hour at the bar is a really nice touch but very well attended so make sure to get there early if you want a seat. We would definitely come back here and recommend to friends. Our only issue is that our shower had a tendency to flood our bathroom. It wasn't a major problem during our short stay but could be hazardous with the slippery floor and should maybe be addressed."
