I had to check in online twice first time the mail had no passwords/Pin for access the doors, second mail had but was still confusing despite working for a tech company. "Simple hotel-apartment. We originally wanted to stay at an apartment near airport as we were taking the early morning flight. But you still have to book a Grab or Taxi, so perhaps staying in town no difference. The apartment does provide a kettle, cups, cutlery, refrigerator. Unfortunately no washing machine, nor dryer, just the laundry service. Nothing to do there except perhaps a walk to a rather large shopping mall."
