"I was on a business trip, my associate suggested this hotel and arranged for a private driver so i really didn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff was friendly, the place clean and the morning buffet is quite good. The room price is good, i used Expedia to book it. This property is next to a couple of malls which was good when my phone charger died, samsung is in the mall. One thing that is probably a problem for most people is the 4 am Muslim prayers blasting across the city. This happens...

There are two supermarkets locally which at it was easy to get a Grab Car from here to explore. Hotel also helped us with booking a trip to Bromo and to watch the sunrise at King Kong Hill which was amazing. Great hotel for what we needed and helpful that staff had a good understanding of English. "

First the good....few employees are 5 STAR: 1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English. 2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite. 3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite. Now, the not so good...lots of NOISE. I FELT UNSAFE. NO INTERNET for few HOURS. NO ELECTRICITY for few HOURS. I will NOT GO TO this HOTEL."
