"Only stayed for one night enroute to Tuscany but it was just lovely. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Although the kitchen had closed we were offered some lite bites, which were perfect, as was our table by the side of the lake. Before retiring we enjoyed a promenade along the lake and breakfast the following morning was plentiful - great omelettes. "

"Quite location with lake views and an Olive garden. The good sized room with Air conditioner and balcony. Nice breakfast starting at 0800. Early check in so was able to leave the luggage and wander. Secure garage for our motorcycle. Ideal. "

"The most disgusting, bug infested, dirty, run down “hotel” I’ve ever experienced. Every species of bugs you can think of almost. If you don’t like bugs, don’t come here. If you do like bugs, come here. I will dispute this, it was a nightmare from hell. I would not wish my worst enemy to come here. Bugs everywhere, wifi hardly works. Not close to the town, bad location. No taxis available either. Host is condescending and acts like bugs are acceptable. "

"We stayed between 10th-16th August 2024 and we were so happy we got to stay at this hotel when we booked last minute. We were lucky enough that the only room left was superior double (room 22, 3rd floor) and was blown away by the view from the balcony, the photos do not do it justice! The room was clean, spacious with plenty of storage and a comfy large bed. From the minute we arrived staff were friendly and helped us book a taxi to Verona. "Just came back from a short visit at the Capri. The hotel is stunning and the views of the lake are breathtaking. Outside pool is lovely and you can book a hour slot for the hot tub and sauna. Breakfast set up was great. The evening menu looked great but unable to attend due to my daughter being a fussy eater. 10-15 minutes walk into the town through the promenade. Staff are fab. "The staff were so friendly and courteous. Tremendously welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel room was well appointed - a sauna in the room! The gym had everything it needed. The spa was very relaxing and clean. The breakfast was excellent and had plant-based alternatives. Only a short walk into Malcesine. Would highly recommend."
