"Worst Hotel ever, receptionist was sucks. 23 floors and only two slow elevator. Hotel and room smell was very stinky I had to buy air freshener by myself. Stayed 5 nights, room service never came. Swimming pool not clean and there was no chairs to set. Although, room was spacious and the kitchen was good."

"It was a nice room overall. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly. I took one star away because the room did not have a hot water kettle and there were no pots, pans, plates, or utensils in the kitchen. Also, there were no power outlets near the bed. "

"The hotel and apartment were great; my only complaint would be that it's a good distance from everything and no where is friendly towards pedestrians; there's a small shopping mall opposite the main road but everywhere else you need to bus/taxi/drive too (including the larger City Centre Bahrain shopping centre which is less than 300m away that you need to walk around and under the highway to get to) but this is more of an issue with Bahrain in general rather than the hotel."
