"Luscious hotel, very classy, with old-school manners. From the moment you enter you feel valued and respected, from the receptionist, maitre d’, porter and waitresses. Well furnished rooms, soft bedding & towels, good toiletries and tons of hot water. Breakfast was a la carte and well presented. Although the hotel was on a side street & at night was quite dark, it was also in central Manchester, so there were plusses & minuses. "Faultless, definitely will stay there again. Great facilities. Good choice of breakfast. Live entertainment on a Friday evening. Plenty of parking. The room was spotless & very comfortable."

"Small accommodation but fine for a short stay. Room decor looking tired in places and other guest's were quite noisy returning in the early hours. Would have been useful to have had bedside table and light next to bed. Restaurant staff not very aware of what is/isn’t vegan. I would nevertheless stay here again due to convenience and value for money."
