"This was a nice hotel, comfortable beds and clean. The only issue was they were hosting several youth sports teams that same weekend. There were LOTS of kids running around making noise. The parents congregated in the lobby and sitting areas taking up every single space. There was nowhere for us to hang out in the evenings as they totally took over every shareable space. "

"We stay at this property frequently when visiting K-State. It's just across the street from the student union and a short five minute walk to Aggieville. We love it for that reason. However- the facility is showing its age. The rooms and bathrooms have paint chipping, grout that is coming off and the last few times the ironing boards have been covered in stains. "We enjoyed our stay. All of the staff were exceptional! The room was clean and well cared for. We will be happy to stay there again. There was an only one thing, a noise that may have been an ac unit that was making a lot of noise coming from somewhere else in the building. And mad a rumbling sound in our room. But it would not keep us from staying again. "

"My advice would be to request a room not near the main street. Everyone has a loud motor they need to sound like street racers from 1am - 3am (guessing closing of bars). The noise was terrible. "
