"Hotel well located and really convenient to visit NY City. Despite being central the hotel is quiet. Hotel staff is really helpful and friendly. Room was clean but carpet of our floor landing area needed refreshing. Food option of breakfast was limited and not good value for money. Better to have breakfast outside."

"We stayed there because it was close to the theater where we saw a play. It has a parking garage in the basement, which is a huge plus. They offer a continental breakfast, while we prefer a hot meal. There is a big problem with elevator capacity: we were on the 6th floor, and on the morning we left, only two elevators were running, and those two went to the top of the building before coming down, so they were full when they got to the 6th floor, and we couldn't get on. "Went with my husband and got the king suite. It was a nice size. Could use some art work to make it more homey but the bed was so comfortable and we had a nice view of the city to the Hudson river. The restaurants at the hotel were fabulous. Always delicious. Loved the singing waitstaff at Gayle’s Broadway Rose. The staff were very nice and greeted us whenever we came down to the lobby."
