Well trained staff from bellhops to staff in restaurants. Big rooms and well appointed bathroom. WiFi works good, gym is anAnytime fitness so equipment is complete. 3 or 4 HBO channels. We flew in to Manila during a typhoon and could not get to our home due to flooding. Most hotels were booked or not accessible. But not Holiday Inn Manila Galleria! They were so helpful! They guided us on the best way to get to them and made sure we got a room. The room was large and very accommodating. B/c we arrived late, they gave us a late check out, which was so helpful! And the b-fast buffet was very good. I would highly recommend!
