"The staff was kind, my room was spotless,, I can tell they upgraded the room and it looks so nice. We stayed in the first floor but if you go to second floor, you can get a beautiful view of Mount Lassen. I did have a couple of maintenance issues and I let the nice lady know while checking out and she apologized and jotted down what I said to pass along to maintenance. Very good experience, I would definitely stay again."
