"Air conditioning did not work. Had to open the window to let cool air in and in return the mosquitoes came in. There is no free breakfast. It's 10.50 Euro per person for breakfast. There is also no free shuttle to the airport which is only 15 mins away. Cost of a taxi to the airport was 55 Euro. It would actually be cheaper transport to stay at a hotel on the island part of Venice and take the water bus to the airport for cheaper. Bed was uncomfortable with hard springs. "We chose this location because we wanted to avoid the overpriced hotels & the insanely crowded Venice. The 6L bus stops in front of the hotel every 20 minutes and ends in Venice. Staff was helpful & friendly. Room wasn’t fancy but quiet and pretty clean. We paid a little more for a bathroom in the room. AC worked great and the shower ran plenty of hot water "
