"Easy after hours self check in. Breakfast was superb and had a great mountain view!!!! Restaurant was under construction and there was no access to the outdoor seating area, which was a bummer but not the end of the world. Super safe hotel. There were 20 to 30 police officers staying at the hotel and it seemed to be a normal thing. "

"It was a great apartment but the downside is that there is no insect blinds on the windows which resulted in tonnes of flies coming in. We have been killing flies all night long 😑 Apart from that it is very clean and spacious with a big shared garden. "

"Loved the stay. Apartment was very new and looked exactly like the photographs, with an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. Owner was very kind as well in letting us check out late with no fuss. Apartment was a short 7min drive to Bad Gastein center. 10/10 would recommend. "

"The rooms (more appartments) are huge, 10p can sleep here although that might be somewhat crowded. The hotel is opposite the funicular railway which connects walkways in the mountains between Flachau, Wagrain and St Johan. Especially fun for families with kids, there is a lot to do! "Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern (2/5 J.) im Emma Deluxe und hatten ein tolles ruhiges Apartment mit 2 Bädern 2 Schlafzimmern. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Nespresso Maschine mit 10 Startkapseln und sogar 4 Sacher Törtchen als Begrüßungsgeschenk haben uns sehr gefreut. Ein SPAR ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, hier kann man sich gut versorgen. "Vera is a great host, nothing is too hard for them and they even answered my Whatsapp messages on Sunday (their rest day). I'm so thankful to have found this place. The property has very strong vinegary smell in the kitchen/living area, so strong that we tried to avoid the kitchen as much as we can. The property is so hot, we turned off all the radiators and still very hot overnight, not sure where the heat is coming from but we were there in Feb, minus 10 degree C overnight and we were hot....

"The place was quite clean and nice, and they allowed us an early check in. Our lodge was nice and spacious, and comfortable to stay in. Sauna was pretty nice too, only really busy on one of the evenings we were there, but overall had the necessities. Close to the town centre, and there’s a free shuttle bus to take you to the ski area too. Only thing is they could improve the breakfast a bit - on one of the mornings the fruit we were given didn’t seem very fresh (the apples were very soft etc),...
