"While we were a little nervous about the somewhat shabby area around this small, quiet hotel, we were quite happy to enter and find an immaculately clean, modernized facility. The parking area, while not a garage, fell safe and secure. The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, the common areas fresh and modern and the room so clean and sparkling! Absolutely the only reason I had to take off a star was because the mattress really could use replacing. It felt old and I could feel the springs....

We like to have the windows open and this was possible although there was some noise from traffic. The pool looked very inviting although we didn’t stay long enough to use. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open for evening meals when we were there but the menu looked good. "
