"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by unprofessional staff with an attitude. They failed to listen to clients' concerns and needs during check-in. To make matters worse, they called my room 20 minutes later to convey information that I had already tried to communicate during the initial check-in process. This lack of attentiveness and communication greatly impacted my experience."

Acomodação confortavel. Ótimo café da manhã. Fica em frente a um bom shopping. Poderia ter mais opções de canais na TV. Fica na periferia da cidade, entre o aeroporto e o centro. O trânsito de Maringá me surpreendeu negativamente e acabei gastando muito tempo em deslocamento.
