"I think the reason why there are so mixed reviews is because your experience depends on what room you get. We got the biggest room on the third floor which was pretty much a mini apartment. It was very nice. It seems like the other rooms though are basically just a bed and then a communal bathroom and kitchen so I could see things going wrong there."

"Stay away at all costs. Me and my friend have stayed in this accommodation for 2 nights and each night I have woken up with bed bug bites on my neck and head. Until the owner decides to throughly clean the bathroom, rooms and beds in general I would highly avoid staying here. "Convenient shared kitchen and bathroom on 3rd floor. Great atra virtually on york university. AC was weak in my room vent since it had to pump a long way so on the hot side for sleeping "

"Lovely three-bedroom townhome equipped with all the essentials. Comfort level is adequate for a long or short stay but could be improved (Bed could be softer) . Communication was functional but felt somewhat impersonal. Be aware: guests must dispose of their own garbage at public facilities to dodge extra fees. I was a bit annoyed loading up garbage in my car to dispose of it. That said, I could’ve opted to pay the $15 per bag which I just felt as a matter of principle I was wrong....
