"Very old property. For a 5 star hotel it has weird rules, can’t bring outside food and wine into the hotel, you cannot sign for any of the stuff you use during your stay and have to pay off right away, once checked out they give you a special pass to get your luggage. Not bad, but not a 5 star feel. "

"We had a wonderful 4-night stay at The Ksar Anika. Communication in advance with a late arrival was great. The Riad is beautiful with every detail considered. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly, attending to every need. The breakfast is unreal! We also appreciate the kindness and hospitality to our 11-yr old son.
