"On first glance, the property looked fine. However, it was dirty and noisy. It’s a second floor unit with another property on the third floor; we could hear people in the upstairs and next door units clear into the middle of the night, and there was tremendous noise every time someone used the stairs. The front door had a sketchy lock, and there was a 1.5” gap between the floor and the bottom of the door. None of us slept well the three nights we were there. The floor was so disgustingly dirty...

"Arrived at the unit and was immediately greeted by 4 homeless adults that were living on the porch "to enjoy the AC leaking out from under the door" they have set home a home with mattresses on the sidewalk out front, and were actively using drugs in front of my family. Hosteeva told me just use the back door. LOL. Currently fighting the charge with Amex, zince Hosteeva wont refund my money."

"Great location and Beautiful place. We felt very safe here. There is a gate and a garage. I appreciated the communication being fast and easy. The only thing I wish was different was having one more bathroom in the downstairs room that holds 4 people. They had to walk up 2 flights of stairs for a shower. Other than that, we were very happy with the place and we would definitely stay there again!"

"We got in the day the tropical storm started. They upgraded us to a different unit due to renovations. It was super nice and very roomy. The property had everything we needed. "On arrival the door battery had run down, so had to wait for some time to get in. The bed sheets were not clean. The bathroom was not well done … old tub that was repainted. Toilet was dirty with a ring. 1 towel rack over the toilet. 2 nd bedroom had no storage space. Need instructions for the TV. Staff resolved the issues that were resolvable in a timely manner."

"The inside of the place were very clean..wasnt enough towels for a guest of six, manager on duty but couldn't provide any, stated they were not a hotel they were an airnb but all airnb ive stayed at were equipped with enough towels not a set for one bath for guest....The place is located near the interstate where the homeless sleep in tents, there were garbage n trash outside that had an awful smell, absolutely no parking, nearest parking were at the museum for $50 a night..."
