"This is a lovely and comfortable farmhouse turned into a B&B. We had a lovely room with en suite bathroom (claw foot tub with a shower). There is a beautiful parlor and a dining room with self-serve coffee, tea etc, breakfast (baked goods, boiled eggs) and snack foods and refrigerated beverages. "The apartment worked well for us, a couple blocks from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. We were there with my special needs niece who has some mobility issues. Both bathrooms had deep tubs, no grab bars and no removable shower sprayer, so my niece was unable to bathe for the 3 days we were there. Not safe bathtubs for us Seniors either. We could have used additional seating, there was 1 sofa and 1 chair. No dining table. Plenty of room for some additional pieces. Is fine for a short term rental, but...
