"Staff was fantastic, friendly, courteous, helpful. Hotel is new, fresh, clean, well-maintained, well-run. Management has put together a great team of employees that is a welcome change from many typical hotels. My favorite feature is their secure underground parking, protected from the elements and hotel outsiders. We wish they had self-service laundry facilities on premises, because their are no laundramats within 20 miles and 4500 feet of elevation (Alamogordo) -- and those are shabby -- go to...
