"Staff friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great experience here will definitely be back. Daily activities organized buy the staff. My kids loved beach volleyball and crazy games. Also evening entertainment like karaoke night, folklore dancing. Saw a few reviews that the food was not good or cold we did not have that experience. Even though we did not get all inclusive we did eat from the buffet one night and it was delicious and hand lunch from their pool area and the burgers w/fries and club sandwiches were also very good and huge portions. Helpful hints: if you get all inclusive take a yeti the bartender will fill it up for you with the included adult beverage. Also reserve a tour at the hotel to playa de la pierda around $30 a person. "The place was really cool, if u looking for quiet place this not what u looking for is right in mazatlan malecon so is a party busy area. Perfect for a good party time not for quite time. The pool is awesome and the view is stunning. "

"Pool are needs more attention. Pee smell was strong, people smoking on premises (pool and beach area). Other than that we did have a great time. "
