"We enjoyed our stay at the riad. It was a 15 minute walk from the Jemaa el-Fnaa so a really ideal area but slightly away from the pushier vendors. It was a bit isolated at night so consider what you bring out with you in the evening. The room was decent- relatively clean but the bed was so old and squeaky! Because of the design of the riad, it can be quite noisy, depending on whether other guests stay up at night in the common area or are up early in the morning for tours. Their voices...

Great location for walking around, and catching nearby tours. It is not drivable and you will be walking down narrow pathways in Jemma El fna and going to meet up locations nearby for tours no hotel pick-up. For us it was perfect and would stay again! "

"When you stay at a Riad in Marrakesh, you should have three criteria; does it have its own hammam, does it have some sort of pool, and does it have a good kitchen? Dar 73 is one of those places. While the breakfast is just OK and they don’t have coffee makers in the room, the staff is excellent riad is centrally located right near Bahia Palace and Tinsmith Square where it’s easy to get a cab anywhere in the city.
