Wifi did not work and tv was broken but didn't dampen our spirits as we found the trains suitable to get around and sight see. We regret not arranging access prior to arrival and could not understand person on contact number. Met a man who assisted us by calling number provided and translating for us. Happy with the apartment beds, best on our European trip."
