"A beautifully restored building with large rooms and comfortable amenities. We had an inside room which meant we had no view. If we were to stay again we would be sure to book an outside room. The afternoon Wine Down, (complimentary glass of wine) was a nice touch and the staff were delightful. Breakfast could have been nicer if the food was hotter and the dishes replenished more often. "Central location with most attractions in walking distance. The fre tram service around the Central Business District is nearby and runs frequently. For sports fans, the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) and the Rod Laver Arena are also nearby. Excellent breakfast but would recommend dining elsewhere for lunch or dinner as the menu is a bit limited and was not to my taste."

"Convenient location within the free tram zone. Complete kitchen facilities is very useful for families to prepare meals as food in Melbourne is costly. It would be good if room services can be more frequent. During our 9 days of stay there, there were only 2 occasions of room service and it was not very thorough.
