"Really love to stay at the Langham. But disappointed this time to find the shampoo and body wash are bolted to the bathroom and shower in large ugly bottles. So unhygienic. Reminded me of the Royal Women’s Hospital in the 70’s. So tacky Langham. Go back to the elegant individual amenities. The service, ambience and rooms are otherwise excellent. "
