"Crate Lake was much more than I imagined it would be. The tranquility of the lake meant relaxation was at maximum as soon as we arrived. There was not mosquitos due to the alkaline nature of the lake so nothing to worry about apart from drinking in nature, fresh air and serenity. Staff were so welcoming and accommodated requests readily and happily. There are many steps to get to the camp but this would only be an issue if you had someone with a disability or was not very able physically. "

"We were assigned at the last cottage which is very far from the reception. There was no transport avail for us to go to and fro the resto and recep area. That’s why we opted for room service for both dinner and breakfast since it is unsafe to go to the restaurant when there is no ample lighting and the way up is not very well lit and not cemented. It could have been better if they asked us our cottage preference especially that we are not from Kenya ans it is our first time in the country. "

"I booked one night, 1 double room, 1 single room and paid through Expedia for Lake Naivasha Resort. When I arrived they said I had booked 2 single rooms and no meals so they charged me for what they said was the difference. When I saw the receipt I questioned it and said I need a refund! I had booked correctly and I had my paid receipt from Expedia. In the end I would have only owed for our meals. The difference between what they charged me and the cost of the meals should be refunded to me!...

On lake Naivasha with boat tour facilities. Hells Gate Park is very close. Excellent access to all facilities. "The hotel denied that I had booking even I showed them the email from Expedia!! They said we don't deal with Expedia!!! I tried to contact Expedia but in vain.. Weak support service.. No email to contact Expedia at. The stupid messenger is just automated templates that were not of any help at all. Calling call center Internationally is extremely expensive. Basically, I was ripped off and totally ignored by Expedia. I had to search for another hotel. Money is gone... Hotel is a bunch of theifs...
