"The description of this hotel on Orbitz needs to be updated. Let’s be honest here. This is not a resort. The pool and surrounding areas is filthy. There was signage all over the hotel indicating it was a “resort” abd I kept asking myself “how is this possible”? The hotel is no where close to the beach so the photos on Orbitz were misleading. "The staff was friendly and patient as we translated between English and Turkish. Rooms were basic and clean w/a perfect little refrigerator that held ice, too. The staff, especially Serhat(?) was very accommodating and helpful. The curtains were not "black- out" as described on Expedia, so the room was always fairly light throughout the night and the parking was not free. Other than that- its an easy walk to the beach and in a great location. "

"We booked a full size bed with a small twin bed, non smoke room. Upon arrival we noticed that we did not get the room we paid for and got a smoke room. We kept the air on and a window open but no relieve with the smell. The room was freezing due to trying to get rid of the smell. The only blanket on the bed was a small one person blanket with holes.
