"The staff were accommodating, attentive and pleasant. The beds and linen were comfortable and soft ,attention to detail in the cleaning of the room was at a high standard as was the rest of this hotel in Andover Ma. "

"The hotel is nice and clean but my room smelled like a wet dog. I don’t understand why a hotel that allows dogs would have carpeted floors and fabric upholstered couches. It's not unique to this hotel. Every hotel that allows dogs has this problem. "

"The Double Tree was a nice place, however there was some renovation work going on while I was there. It will be much nicer once the renovations are completed. Additionally, the water from the faucets, toilet and shower was brown and I had to run the water for about an hour to clear it up. Likely related to the renovation work. One other issue was the excessive use of carpet deodorizer. All my clothes, luggage, even my shoes had the lingering strong scent of carpet deodorizer when I unpacked...

"To be honest it was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The inly hotel I have stayed at where I could cook my own meals instead of having to go out to eat. I definitely plan on staying again sometime. "
